Biography:
Susan Short is best known for her bold, dramatic woodcuts of cities, buildings and landscapes. She also works with etching and painting. Her images are a response to the changing nature of our environment and our physical relationship to it.
Sketches, photos and notes are made on site and then followed by extended studio work.
