Training – Camberwell School of Art 1975-1978.
Started working as a full time illustrator on Radio Times and BBC publications – Kestrel Books (Gudrun), Puffin books – Heinneman and Marshall Cavendish predominantly.
1985 -1992 Represented mainly by CCA Galleries in Fulham, London/ Farnham, Surrey, Bath and Cambridge.
1992 onwards exhibited mainly at Forest Galleries, Guildford, and Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour at Mall Galleries. Elected to the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour in 1996. Also showed work regularly at the Singer Friedlander Watercolour Competition/exhibition and at Alresford Gallery, Hampshire; Russell Gallery, Putney; New Ashgate at Farnham Surrey.
Main representation 2003 onwards Llewellyn Alexander Gallery London SE1 and the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour annual show at the Mall Galleries and the Bridgeman Art Library.
I have occasionally contributed to the Eaglemoss series on watercolour, and to the Artists & Illustrators, International Artist and Leisure Painter magazines.
