Eric graduated from art college in 1980 winning scholarships to New York and Istanbul. He has produced design and illustration for many blue chip companies and taught in colleges and privately. An eclectic painter and printmaker (figure, landscape, still life) he believes good draftsmanship to be a prerequisite of good art and always has a drawing book in use, drawing from life and experience. Generally the “life” helps to realise form and structure, while the “experience” lets ideas move forward.
